FP&A Regional Manager

Salary: $90,000–$105,000

Why This Role Stands Out:

This is a newly created position designed to support a rapidly growing manufacturing organization entering its next phase of expansion.

Backed by significant investment and focused on improving profitability, operational performance, and financial visibility, the company is looking for a finance professional who can bridge the gap between accounting, operations, and executive leadership.

This is not a role where you'll simply report numbers. You'll help shape decisions, influence strategy, and provide the financial insight needed to support growth across multiple operations.

What makes this opportunity compelling:

  • Newly created role with high visibility and influence

  • Significant company growth and investment initiatives

  • Direct exposure to executive leadership

  • Opportunity to partner closely with operations and supply chain teams

  • Blend of financial analysis, forecasting, costing, and business strategy

  • Strong potential for future advancement within the finance organization

What You'll Do:

Lead Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop forecasts, analyze performance trends, and provide insights that help leadership make informed business decisions.

Drive Costing & Margin Analysis

Partner with operations to evaluate costs, analyze variances, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Support Supply Chain & Logistics Performance

Monitor key logistics, freight, and supply chain metrics, ensuring forecasts align with operational realities and financial objectives.

Deliver Meaningful Financial Reporting

Prepare and present financial reporting and analysis for assigned regions, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Partner With Operations

Work closely with plant and operational leadership to understand business drivers, improve decision-making, and support growth initiatives.

Influence Business Strategy

Provide financial insight around pricing, margins, forecasting, and operational performance to support both short-term execution and long-term planning.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, FP&A, or cost accounting

  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis skills

  • Experience with:

    • Cost accounting

    • Variance analysis

    • Margin reporting

    • Supply chain or logistics finance

    • Financial modeling

  • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities

  • Operational mindset with the ability to connect financial performance to business performance

Who Thrives Here:

  • Finance professionals who enjoy partnering with operations

  • Individuals who like digging into data and finding the story behind the numbers

  • Professionals who want visibility and influence beyond traditional accounting

  • Strategic thinkers who enjoy solving business problems

  • Self-starters who can operate independently while collaborating across teams

What Sets You Apart:

  • Strong business acumen and operational awareness

  • Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial leaders

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Confidence working with cross-functional teams

  • Desire to challenge assumptions and drive better outcomes

  • Ability to balance detailed analysis with strategic thinking

Bottom Line:

This is an outstanding opportunity for an FP&A professional who wants to move beyond reporting and become a true business partner.

If you're looking for a role where you can influence operations, improve profitability, support executive decision-making, and help guide a growing organization through its next phase of success, this opportunity delivers.
