Role Summary Responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data across enterprise systems supporting capital programs and facilities operations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


· Manage and maintain data across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and alignment with business rules.


· Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support project tracking, financial analysis, and executive reporting.


· Collaborate with stakeholders (project management, finance, operations, and IT teams) to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights.


· Support integration and validation of data across systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.


· Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.


· Establish and maintain data standards, definitions, and governance practices.


· Create and maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and reporting processes.


Preferred Skills & Experience


· Experience in data management, reporting, or business intelligence roles.


· Strong skills in SQL, reporting tools, or dashboarding platforms (e.g., BI tools).


· Familiarity with project/program management or ERP systems.


· Experience working with integrated enterprise systems and large datasets.


· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
