Role Summary Responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and documenting business processes across enterprise systems supporting capital programs and facilities operations, ensuring efficient workflows, data consistency, and alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze current business processes related to project management, financial tracking, and reporting to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with stakeholders (project management, finance, operations, and IT teams) to gather requirements and define optimized workflows.
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
· Work closely with application and systems teams to implement process improvements within enterprise platforms.
· Support data standardization, governance, and process alignment across integrated systems.
· Develop process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of system and process enhancements.
Preferred Skills & Experience
· Experience in business process analysis, systems analysis, or similar roles.
· Familiarity with project/program management or ERP systems.
· Experience working with integrated enterprise systems and data workflows.
· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
