FPGA/ASIC Verification Engineer (Remote OR Hybrid Sunnyvale, CA, Denver, CO, Houston, TX)

We are looking for an FPGA/ASIC Verification Engineer for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will verify FPGA/ASIC designs by developing HDL-based test environments, running simulations, debugging issues, and validating the design throughout the hardware development lifecycle.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is a Remote or hybrid role in Sunnyvale, CA, Denver, CO, Houston, TX.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 9+ years of experience as an FPGA/ASIC Verification Engineer

• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience in the verification of FPGA and/or ASIC devices.
• HDL programming experience with VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog.
• Linux environment
• Experience with modern verification methodologies such as UVM, OVM or VMM.
• Experience in ASIC / FPGA life cycle (architecture, design, simulation, verification, validation, integration & test).
• FPGA/ASIC design experience is a plus.
• Experienced in scripting such as Perl, TCL, Python
• Prefers one of the following locations: Sunnyvale, CA; Houston, TX or Denver, CO area but willing to entertain those who only want remote work also.

Compensation: $100.00/hr - $110.00/hr
