Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Fractional Controller/OCFO Advisor to provide part-time financial leadership and oversight. This role supports the accounting team, reviews financial processes, strengthens controls, and drives process improvements while partnering with leadership. This is a hands-on advisory role focused on financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and team development. This role is fully remote, roughly 10 hours per week with flexibility around close cycles.
