    • Monitor each client's use of the process and help ensure required activities, follow-up, and reporting are completed consistently

    Data & Salesforce Management

    • Maintain clean, complete, and accurate donor, contact, account, donation, and prospect records
    • Manage ongoing data hygiene, including duplicates, incomplete records, inconsistent formatting, and incorrect categorization
    • Support fundraisers with Salesforce usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
    • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, donor lists, and prospect segments
    • Ensure donor calls, emails, meetings, tasks, and follow-up activities are properly tracked

    Process & Documentation

    • Help clients establish consistent processes for data entry, activity tracking, and donor management
    • Create simple process documentation and Salesforce user guides
    • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, reporting, and fundraising execution
    • Provide fundraisers with the data needed to prioritize outreach and follow up consistently

    Qualifications

    • Strong experience using Salesforce, preferably within a fundraising environment
    • Experience with Salesforce NPSP or ChabadOne is preferred
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage priorities and responsibilities across multiple organizations
    • Comfortable leading regular client meetings and communicating with fundraising professionals
    • Able to explain technical systems and data issues clearly to nontechnical users
    • Proactive, process-driven, responsive, and capable of working independently
    • Willing and able to learn a structured proprietary fundraising methodology
