National Real Estate Management Group is looking for a dependable, hands-on Fractional Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential and commercial properties. This role is perfect for an experienced maintenance professional seeking flexible, part-time work.
What You'll Do
- Complete general maintenance and repair work
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Perform drywall, painting, carpentry, and fixture repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Coordinate with vendors when specialized repairs are needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of maintenance or handyman experience
- Experience with residential or commercial properties preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic tools
