Working under the guidance of the Field Operations Manager, you'll frame new construction homes, remodels, and decks. You're comfortable on a construction job site in the elements and are versed in strong framing techniques and building practices. You are open to continuous learning and honing your framing and construction skillset. If you are a team player who can communicate effectively, stay organized, and bring your construction know-how to the team, this could be a role you excel in!What You'll Do:You'll work in a broad range of rough carpenter tasks, representing Engelsma Homes with professionalism, a safety mindset, and high quality of work.
