This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do Build and assemble interior wall framing components for manufactured homes Set floor and ceiling components as part of the framing process Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications Install sheetrock as needed and secure work to meet applicable codes and standards Use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns safely and efficiently Use ladders safely and work on rooftops as needed to complete assigned tasks Ensure all framing (walls, floors, and ceilings) is square, level, and meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Previous framing, construction, or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Additional Requirements Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements Schedule Monday - Friday Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM After Training: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime available (paid at 1.5x) Occasional Saturdays based on production and staffing needs Pay & Benefits Starting at $24.00+/hr.
