- Willingness to learn and adapt to unique projects beyond typical framing.
- Experience with exposed post and beam is a plus; basic framing knowledge required.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and high character are essential.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, work well with others, and be self-motivated.
- Reliable transportation is required.
