What We Offer
- Competitive pay based on experience:
- Carpenters: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
- 100% paid health insurance for employees

- 1 week after 1 year

Key Responsibilities
- Perform framing work on residential construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints (required for lead-level responsibilities)
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all phases of framing
- Collaborate with team members and other trades on-site
- Complete tasks on schedule while maintaining high standards
Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction and framing required
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read blueprints (required for lead carpenters)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site position
