As a Framing & Drywall Project Manager / Estimator, you own the outcome. You'll lead Absher's self-perform framing and drywall scopes from estimate through execution, managing planning, cost performance, and field alignment to ensure successful delivery.
This role blends estimating discipline with operational leadership. You'll develop accurate estimates, manage project financial performance, and stay connected to field production to ensure work is executed as planned. Success in this role requires strong judgment, financial ownership, and close coordination with field leadership.
This is a builder's role for someone who understands framing and drywall production, thrives on accountability, and takes pride in delivering disciplined, high-performing work.

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
