Seeking experienced Framing MEP Superintendents for multifamily construction projects in Gainesville, FL. Under the Project Superintendent's supervision, responsible for executing all Wood Frame, Framing, and MEP activities, ensuring adherence to plans, codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Maintain an organized, safe work environment; perform safety audits and enforce PPE compliance.
- Interpret construction plans, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor staffing, and enforce contract requirements.
- Ensure materials and installations meet quality and industry standards; manage inspections, mock-ups, and testing.
- Maintain project logs, update schedules, and assist in resolving schedule deviations or document conflicts.
- Organize materials, participate in meetings, and ensure compliance with policies, codes, and safety regulations.
Requirements include 7+ years in commercial/residential wood-framed buildings, proficiency with MS Project, Procore, MS Office, and strong knowledge of construction plans, codes, and methods. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
