    Right at Home is looking for an experienced Franchise Business Performance Coach. In this position you will be contributing to the growth of successful and sustainable home care franchise businesses by building strong professional relationships with franchisees and offering solid business coaching.

    Primary Responsibilities: 
     
    • Consistently upholds and demonstrates the Right at Home core values: Authentic, Accountable, Collaborative, Integrity and Approachable
    • Use interpersonal and negotiation skills to inspire and motivate Franchisees based on their business goals and personal motivations by establishing credibility and pushing appropriate "hot buttons"
    • Act as a Right at Home brand ambassador and represent the strategic vision and objectives of the Corporate Office
    • Engage with internal team members through various communication channels, focusing on dialogue, active listening, sharing best practices, identifying improvement opportunities, and brainstorming
    • Leverage collaboration, teamwork, and dependability to contribute to a positive team culture
    • Find creative ways to build strong, positive working relationships with all owners in assigned portfolio, including those that are hesitant to engage
    • Set annual goals with owners and proactively adapt coaching to support the achievement of those goals
    • Prepare for and facilitate effective support calls, state meetings and in-person site visits and document in the CRM key items discussed including all assigned action items
    • Field client, staff and consumer feedback calls for assigned portfolio and document in the CRM escalating as needed to the appropriate SME
    • Initiate, track and evaluate individual Growth Plans that drive consistency and improves performance to meet or exceed quarterly minimums and/or facilitate a discussion to sell, mutually terminate or close
    • Plan, organize, and facilitate successful Performance Group meetings both virtually and in-person
    • Equip Franchisees with the knowledge, tools, resources, and confidence to make business decisions and execute the Right at Home business model
    • Understand Corporate resources and programs, then proactively work with owners to leverage those resources and programs to meet business goals
    • Execute diverse tactics to engage Franchisees in coaching, resources, and corporate initiatives based on their preferences and business needs
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

    Successful candidates will have: 
     
    • B.A. in Business Administration, or equivalent years of directly related experience  
    • 5+ years successful experience as a regional or branch manager, home/healthcare/hospice/senior services industry preferred
    • Multi-site operational/management experience
    • Experience working in a franchise system preferred but not required
    • Experience with account management
    • Business and finance management
    • Consultative coaching skills
    • Customer focus and experience
