About the Job: Realty One Group NJ is looking for a driven and dynamic Franchise Sales Executive to join our growing team in Clifton, NJ. You will be provided training to help you adapt, learn all about our company structure, model, and all the resources you need to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding one of New Jersey's fastest-growing real estate brands by connecting brokers with a proven franchise model. 

Location: 600 Getty Avenue Clifton, NJ 07011

Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified franchise candidates through networking, and outbound outreach
• Weekly, and monthly reports of prospects and franchise sale's activity
• Help grow the franchise, and the company
• Guide candidates through the full franchise sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchise owners
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, Recruiting, or real estate industry sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team skills
• Motivated with the ability to meet sales targets
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet company goals  
  
  

Salary based on experience + commission and bonus pay
