When someone has a question, you don't just say "I don't know"-you go find the answer. ABOUT US We are a rapidly growing wellness franchise with over 28 locations. We have a clear plan to support our franchise owners, and we need someone with your incredible organizational skills to help us keep everything running smoothly. We are looking for a part-time (25 to 35 hours a week) flexible Franchisee Partner Support & Account Manager to be the organized, reliable center of our franchise network. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your day-to-day is all about keeping things moving. You will be the friendly first point of contact for our franchise owners when they need help or have questions. You'll make sure our weekly newsletters and important updates get sent out to the owners on time, every time. You'll also help us schedule and co-host our weekly group Zoom calls where owners share ideas and get advice. When new franchise owners join the family, you will guide them through their first 90 days using our step-by-step checklist. And when people are interested in buying a franchise, you'll help us reply to them and answer their basic questions. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We will give you the playbook, teach you the tools, and guide you every step of the way. You don't need to be a tech genius, but you should be comfortable learning new software-and we'll even teach you some cool new AI tools to make your job easier! YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS In your first month, we'll teach you everything about us. You'll shadow our team, learn how to answer common questions, and get comfortable with our systems. By month two, you'll take over sending the weekly update emails and help us organize our FAQ library. By month three, you'll be confidently co-hosting our group Zoom calls and helping us welcome new franchise owners to the family. ABOUT YOUR SCHEDULE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a part-time role (25-35 hours per week) with a highly flexible hybrid schedule based in St. George.
