Job Summary
The Office of the Dean of Students (ODOS) is seeking a Fraternity & Sorority Life Student Assistant who will support the development, administration, and promotion of Fraternity & Sorority Life initiatives, programs, and involvement opportunities. This position assists with chapter and community operations, leadership development efforts, event coordination, student support, and communication initiatives that enhance student engagement and community connectedness. The role provides students with opportunities to develop professional skills in leadership, communication, event planning, peer support, and organizational management while contributing to a positive and values-based Fraternity & Sorority Life experience at the University of Michigan Flint. This position is for a UM-Flint student who is enrolled at least part-time and who is available to work 15 hours per week for the duration of the employment period.

Onsite
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan

Background Screening
