The Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) teams mission is to protect and empower Apple and its customers through strategic machine learning and decision automation solutions. You will join a team that cultivates deep functional expertise and leads with our values to serve business partners across Apple. We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead initiatives for our Apple Store Online (ASO) Fraud Investigations team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of fraud operations and data-driven decision-making to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for our global team. You will manage a portfolio of projects for ASO Fraud Investigations, from initial concept to final execution. You will collaborate with Fraud Investigators, regional leads, and cross-functional partners to identify procedural gaps, align on solutions, and drive initiatives that protect both our customers and Apple. You are comfortable analyzing data to translate insights into clear, compelling recommendations that will shape the future of our fraud prevention efforts.Manage a diverse portfolio of projects focused on process improvement and strategic program execution. Analyze complex and ambiguous problem spaces to identify root causes and propose effective, scalable solutions. Develop project plans, accurately estimate effort, and communicate timelines to stakeholders. Collaborate with global fraud operations teams and cross-functional partners to align on procedures and drive initiatives. Prepare and present findings and recommendations to partners and leaders up to the Director level. Move ideas from tactical delivery to strategic impact by bringing creative, forward-thinking approaches to the program.5+ years of experience in program or project management, fraud operations, risk management, or a related field. Experience working independently on complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through delivery. Analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and building scalable solutions. Project management skills, including estimating effort, creating timelines, and delivering on commitments. Written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing leadership.Experience in fraud investigations, Applied Machine Learning, or financial risk operations. Background in e-commerce, Apple Store Online, or Contact Center environments. Experience initiating and cultivating cross-functional relationships to drive program outcomes. Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. Strategic thinking skills to connect tactical work to broader business objectives. Business acumen and an understanding of how to balance customer experience with risk mitigation.
