Job Responsibilities:
Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees Provide on-the-job training for new team members Ensure fast, accurate sandwich preparation and world-class customer service Assist with daily food preparation and maintain restaurant efficiency Complete opening and closing procedures while maintaining cash drawer integrity Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
Requirements:
Eligibility to work in the U.S. Meet age and experience criteria Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly Mobility in walk-in refrigerator and freezer Ready to Join the Freaky Fast Family?
