Role Description The Brand Representative is a part-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL. In this position, the individual will represent Bloomeffects in retail and event settings, engaging with customers, explaining product benefits, and demonstrating how our clean, flower-powered formulas support healthy skin. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, sharing brand stories and key product information, answering questions about ingredients and usage, and supporting sales through sampling and product recommendations. The Brand Representative will also help maintain product displays, ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards, and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends. This role involves collaborating with store teams, participating in promotional activities, and supporting overall brand awareness in the local market.
