As we expand, we are seeking skilled freelance and part-time team members to support our production department, event productions, and logistics. We are currently hiring for multiple temporary, part-time, and freelance positions, including:
These roles play a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of world-class events, from prepping and transporting equipment to setting up and operating technical elements.
Role Summary & Responsibilities
CNC Operator
- Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production specifications for CNC machining.
- Set up and operate CNC machines including routers, mills, and lathes to produce precision components.
- Program or edit CNC code (G-code) as needed to ensure accurate production.
- Select and install appropriate tooling, materials, and machine settings for each job.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify tolerances and specifications.
- Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and shop leads to optimize workflows and output.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with shop safety standards.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading stock and finished products.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in your respective role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for flexible, event-based schedules, including nights and weekends.
