Working at Worktank:  

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Creative Video Producer to lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery and produce polished, on-brand content for our customers. 

In this position you will also: 

• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts, scripts, and treatments that translate business goals into compelling video 

• Manage projects end to end, including scheduling, budgeting, crewing, and vendor coordination across pre-production, production, and post 

• Direct or oversee shoots, whether in studio, on location, or remotely, keeping quality and client intent front and center 

• Guide the post-production process, giving clear creative direction to editors, motion designers, and audio teams 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, feedback rounds, and approvals with professionalism 

This opportunity might be a good fit if you… 

• Have 5+ years of experience producing corporate, branded, or commercial video content 

• Can point to a portfolio that shows strong storytelling and production value 

• Are comfortable owning a project independently while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team 

• Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and crew, especially under deadline 

• Have a working command of production logistics: budgets, timelines, releases, and vendor management 

Exceptional candidates also have… 

• Experience with executive-level or enterprise clients (tech industry a plus) 

• Hands-on skills in editing, motion graphics, or color, enough to speak the language and jump in when needed 

• Familiarity with remote recording and review workflows (Riverside, Frame.io, or similar) 

• A knack for elevating a brief into something better than what was asked for
