Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr - $35/hr

Position Overview:
The Freelance Luxury Client Advisor will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience while driving retail sales and building lasting client relationships. This individual will serve as a trusted style advisor, embodying the brand's aesthetic and ensuring each client receives personalized service.

Responsibilities of the Freelance Luxury Client Advisor:
  • Deliver exceptional client service, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Act as a style expert and brand ambassador, offering wardrobe guidance and styling recommendations.
  • Consistently drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Foster a welcoming, luxury client experience in-store.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current fashion trends.
Required Experience/Skills for the Freelance Luxury Client Advisor:
  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a client-first mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Freelance Luxury Client Advisor:
  • Knowledge of both women's and men's fashion trends and styling techniques.
  • Established client book within the luxury fashion industry.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field preferred.
