TalentPro is ProService Hawaii's managed recruiting service — a New Ventures initiative built to bring the same high-bar, structured hiring approach ProService uses internally to our clients. We're early-stage, moving fast, and building the playbook as we go.
The Role
We're looking for a freelance recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of active client roles. You'll run search from intake through offer, working directly with client hiring teams and giving candidates an experience that reflects well on both TalentPro and the client. This isn't a sourcing-only gig — you're accountable for the whole pipeline and the outcome.
What you'll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple concurrent client requisitions — intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through effective job board management and a structured screening process.
- Communicate proactively with clients on pipeline status, market feedback, and role adjustments — before they have to ask.
- Deliver a candidate experience that's responsive and professional at every stage.
- Flag process or platform issues early rather than letting them become client escalations.
- Contribute to how TalentPro's recruiting playbook gets built and refined — this is early-stage, and your input matters.
What you'll need
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience — you've owned requisitions start to finish, not just sourced for someone else.
- Comfort working across an ATS and picking up new tools quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can talk shop with a hiring manager and give a candidate hard news without either side feeling mishandled.
- Ability to manage multiple active roles at once without dropping balls in an environment where not every process is fully built yet.
- A high bar for your own work and a bias toward solving problems rather than escalating them.
- Agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house recruiting experience is a strong plus. Hawaii market knowledge is a plus but not required — we care more about how fast you learn a new space than whether you've recruited here before.
