As a Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club, you'll help bring fresh favorites to life for every member. From keeping freezer and cooler items full, fresh, and easy to find to serving members in the deli, your work helps create the kind of shopping experience that keeps members coming back.

In this role, you'll spend your day stocking and rotating products, monitoring temperature control and expiration dates, maintaining sanitized display areas, and supporting a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering a great member experience.

What You'll Do

• Stock, rotate, and zone products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas following Cold Chain procedures
• Monitor temperature control, expiration dates, and product quality; dispose of lower-quality items
• Handle claims and returns; sign and price merchandise; complete required audits, logs, and paperwork
• Secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise and maintain clean, sanitized, member-ready displays
• Clean freezer, cooler, and deli areas (windows, mirrors, display cases) and monitor fans, drains, and doors
• Assist members with deli orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines
• Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment safely; report unsafe conditions and equipment issues to management

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
