Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from freezer storage locations
- Prepare and stage orders for shipping and distribution
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as assigned
- Verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within freezer areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and food handling guidelines
- Report inventory shortages or damaged items to supervisors
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in freezer temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Warehouse or order-picking experience preferred
Work Environment
- Freezer warehouse environment with extreme cold temperatures
- Physical labor including lifting, bending, reaching, and walking
- Required use of freezer gear and personal protective equipment
