What You'll Do as a Freezer Technician:- Oversee product flow into the blast freezer to ensure efficient production
- Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate movement of baked products and manage workflow transitions
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records
- Delegate tasks and support team members to maintain production flow
- Assist with product handling tasks including de-panning and line support
- Maintain clean, organized freezer and work areas including inventory zones
- Monitor conditions such as ice buildup and support general warehouse and inventory operations
What You Need to Bring to the Freezer Technician Role:- No formal education requirement specified
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred (6 months to 1 year)
- Ability to learn and apply company processes, products, and standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams, supervisors, and departments
- Ability to operate manual equipment and maneuver heavy loads safely
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and perform accurate record keeping
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with physical demands including standing and lifting
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, GMP standards, and work collaboratively in a team environment
