Every accurate pick and safe pallet move keeps the cold chain intact. As a stand-up forklift operator in a freezer setting down to -10°F, you will power the flow of goods across storage and shipping, ensuring products are in the right place at the right time.

What you will do

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, cold-storage warehouse.
• Pick orders, stage loads, put away inbound product, and transport pallets to designated locations.
• Load and unload product as needed for shipping and receiving.
• Review pick tickets, confirm locations, and follow inventory instructions with accuracy.
• Complete pre-use equipment inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain productivity standards while consistently working in temperatures that reach -10°F.
• Uphold PPE, food-storage, warehouse, and forklift safety procedures.
• Keep aisles and work areas clear; assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.

• Comfortable wearing a freezer suit and required PPE in a cold environment down to -10°F.
• Able to stand and work for 8–9 hours per shift.
• Dependable with strong attendance and time management.

Shifts and pay

• 1st: Mon–Fri, start 6:00 AM | $19.50/hr
• 2nd: Mon–Fri, start 2:00 PM | $19.75/hr
• 3rd: Sun–Thu, start 10:00 PM | $20.00/hr
• Shift length: about 8–9 hours
