Key Responsibilities


  • Bring and manage an existing book of business (shipper customers)

  • Quote freight and negotiate rates with customers

  • Book and manage loads from pickup to delivery

  • Coordinate with carriers and internal operations as needed

  • Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of all shipments

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business

  • Communicate load details, documentation, and updates clearly

  • Comply with all FMCSA, DOT, and brokerage regulations

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Must have an existing book of business

  • Prior experience as a freight agent or freight broker

  • Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations

  • Reliable phone, internet, and workspace

  • Authorized to work in the United States
