Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Freight Coordinator to manage shipments across multiple locations throughout the U.S. while supporting daily administrative operations. This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to balance logistics coordination with office responsibilities in a fast-paced, small warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track inbound/outbound freight for multiple U.S. locations
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists) and resolve issues
• Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• Maintain organized records and perform data entry/reporting
• Assist with payroll processing and basic accounting (invoicing, expense tracking)
• Support general office tasks and day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Experience in freight, logistics, or warehouse coordination preferred
• Strong administrative and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
