What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule and dispatch drivers/technicians based on service needs and availability
- Monitor routes and provide real-time updates to customers
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and communications
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Previous customer service or dispatch experience is a plus
