Picture your day: you arrive at a modern South Metro facility that powers two distinct operations—one, a high-volume building materials distribution center; the other, a precision-driven fulfillment hub shipping to household-name retailers like Ace Hardware, Tractor Supply, Menards, and Home Depot. You start by reviewing the ERP dashboard, verify inbound receipts and outbound orders, and line up carrier pickups. Bills of lading and labels flow from your printer, inventory is double-checked, and you jump on a sit-down or reach truck to stage pallets for departure. Throughout the shift, you collaborate with warehouse teams and carriers to keep freight moving quickly and accurately.

How You’ll Contribute

• Own the accuracy of inbound and outbound transactions from dock to document.
• Generate shipping paperwork—labels, bills of lading, and manifests—with precision.
• Coordinate daily carrier schedules and communicate shipment status updates.
• Verify order contents, lot counts, and inventory alignment before release.
• Use shipping platforms (StarShip, UPS, FedEx) and ERP tools to record each move.
• Arrange freight pickups and maintain clean records for audit and compliance.
• Load, unload, stage, and relocate materials across the warehouse floor.
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Champion a safe, orderly, and efficient work area.

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift (2 openings): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift (1 opening): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift (1 opening): 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You Bring

• Background in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or distribution (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with StarShip, UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping systems (highly desired).
• Familiarity with ERP platforms is a plus.
• Forklift proficiency required—sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, order picker, or other powered equipment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new tools.
