• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating pickups, deliveries, and cross-dock operations.
• Follow up on shipment status and update tracking tools.
• Support booking requests with carriers and consolidation centers.
• Support preparation of daily or weekly shipment reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and traceability.
