Keep the Flow of Merchandise Moving

As a Freight Flow Associate at Sam's Club, you'll play a key role in ensuring merchandise moves efficiently from receiving to the sales floor. Your work helps maintain inventory accuracy, support efficient club operations, and ensure members can find the products they need.

In this role, you'll spend your day unloading, stocking, and organizing merchandise; operating equipment such as forklifts; and supporting a high-volume environment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other equipment, following company standards and guidelines.
  • Move, stage, and position merchandise to support efficient inventory flow.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with stocking and replenishment.
  • Support club pickup orders by selecting and staging merchandise accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly zoned areas on the sales floor and in the backroom.
  • Monitor product quality, ensure proper rotation, and remove damaged or out-of-date merchandise.
  • Follow all safety standards, including hazardous material handling and equipment procedures.

Pay Range

$21.00-$29.00 per hour*

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
