Key Responsibilities
Track freight activity and update dispatch systems
Support assignment and coordination of shipments
Communicate shipment status, delays, and exceptions
Maintain accurate documentation and operational logs
Collaborate with Oregon-based operations for workflow consistency
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
