Roadsmax is hiring experienced Freight Broker Agents to join our growing team.

\n

This is a 1099 opportunity for brokers who want to earn more, work independently, and have the infrastructure of a full brokerage behind them.

\n

\n

Agents can earn up to 70% of gross margin, with signing bonuses up to $50,000 available for qualified agents with a verified book of business.

\n

\n

RoadsMax provides the MC authority, carrier network, TMS, tracking technology, credit support, operations, invoicing, collections, and back-office support so agents can focus on selling and growing their customer base.

Requirements:

• \n
• 2+ years of freight brokerage experience
• \n
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills
• \n
• Understanding of quoting, carrier sourcing, dispatching, and load management
• \n
• Existing book of business preferred
• \n
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• \n

Location: Los Angeles, CA / Hybrid

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor

Compensation: Uncapped commission, up to 70% of gross margin
