The primary focus of this role is identifying trends, investigating root causes, improving processes, and eliminating unnecessary work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating problems, improving processes, and creating lasting operational improvements rather than simply completing tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with process improvement or operational support Excellent communication and documentation skills Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable Ability to work independently and through ambiguity SQL experience preferred, but not required Responsibilities: Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions Analyze data from daily reports on closed tickets and workflows to improve operational efficiency Research and resolve complex or unfamiliar issues Document findings, recommendations, and process changes Collaborate with business partners to streamline and simplify work What We're Looking For: We're less interested in what's on a résumé and more interested in how a candidate thinks.
