Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative fluent in French and English to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls while delivering professional and accurate support. Canadian French or Parisian France French proficiency is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in French and English • Resolve customer inquiries and document interactions accurately • Maintain professionalism and empathy on all calls • Meet performance quality and attendance metrics • Follow company policies and data privacy guidelines • Escalate complex issues as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (verbal and written) • Canadian French or Parisian French preferred • Call center or customer service experience preferred • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Reliable attendance and punctuality
