Shift: 4AM START

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities - Inspect fresh produce for quality and ensure it meets company standards before packing. - Pack fresh products into containers or packaging materials according to specified guidelines. - Label and seal packages accurately to ensure proper identification and handling. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area. - Operate basic packaging tools or equipment as required. - Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling produce and packaging materials. - Assist in inventory management by reporting damaged or unusable products. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and labeling. - Basic knowledge of handling fresh produce or willingness to learn on the job. - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting. - Adherence to hygiene and safety standards in a food production environment. - No specific educational background required, but basic literacy and numeracy skills are advantageous.
