Job Summary

Ridge High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a coach for the Freshman Girls' Basketball team. This seasonal position is designed for someone who is passionate about fostering athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship among young athletes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basketball fundamentals and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all players. Stipend payable February 15, 2027.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience or a strong background in basketball, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
• Knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Current NJ Teaching Certification or NJ Teaching Certificate
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during the basketball season.
• Must pass a background check as required by the school district.
