Warehouse Loader/Unloader – Weekend Overnight Shift (West Jordan, UT)

Freight Breakers LLC is expanding our warehouse team and is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our weekend overnight operation in West Jordan, Utah. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who enjoy active, hands-on work and are motivated by productivity-based earnings.

Position Summary

In this role, you'll help keep freight moving efficiently by loading and unloading trailers, scanning shipments, and maintaining an organized work area. The ability to work safely, accurately, and at a consistent pace is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Loading

• Load cartons by hand from conveyor lines into trailers.

• Scan freight using handheld barcode scanners.

• Move rolling cages between staging areas and loading docks.

• Build organized, secure trailer loads to maximize space and efficiency.

Unloading

• Remove freight from inbound trailers and place it onto conveyor belts.

• Scan and sort shipments into the appropriate cages.

• Meet productivity goals while following all safety procedures.

Pay

• Performance-based compensation paid per trailer and per case handled.

• Average earnings range from $16–$25 per hour.

• High-performing associates can earn $25–$35 per hour.

• The more freight you process efficiently, the greater your earning potential.

Schedule

• Weekend Overnight Shift

• Friday–Sunday

• 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

• Three 12-hour shifts each weekend.

• Extra weekday hours may be available based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and dependable punctuality.

• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

• Capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying 5–50 pounds.

• Able to perform continuous physical work throughout the shift.

• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

• Must relocate to the West Jordan area before employment begins.
