As the Friends of ACC Manager (Contract) supporting the creation of the Friends of Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) nonprofit, you will play a critical role in establishing the organization’s legal, administrative, and operational foundation. This contracted role is responsible for ensuring that all required processes, documentation, and compliance measures are in place to successfully launch and sustain the nonprofit in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and county policies.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate the administrative steps necessary to formally establish the nonprofit, including entity formation, registration, and the development of governing documents such as bylaws, policies, and procedures.
