  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking Automotive Technicians of all skill levels to join our growing, high-volume team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, want to stay consistently busy, and are motivated to grow their technical skills in a fast-paced, well-structured shop environment.

    Technicians will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide variety of vehicle makes and models, with opportunities to perform everything from routine maintenance to more complex mechanical and diagnostic work based on experience and skill level.

    The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing efficient, high-quality repairs. Entry-level technicians will have the opportunity to learn and develop under experienced team members, while advanced technicians can leverage their diagnostic expertise and productivity in a shop that provides steady workflow and strong flag opportunities.


    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Master Technician or ASE Certifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality


Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of automotive maintenance and repairs on all makes and models, including oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, basic repairs, and more advanced work based on skill level

  • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections on every vehicle

  • Diagnose vehicle concerns, identify root causes of defects, and recommend appropriate repairs

  • Review TSBs and service recommendations and translate findings into clear repair needs

  • Build accurate repair assessments and document all work thoroughly in the dealership management system

  • Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment

  • Efficiently perform routine maintenance and reconditioning services in a high-volume environment

  • Maintain professionalism and consistent repair quality across all tasks

  • Assist and support fellow technicians by providing technical guidance when appropriate

  • Ensure repairs meet manufacturer performance and safety standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, including proper equipment care and periodic cleanliness checks

  • Contribute to overall shop productivity, efficiency, and team performance through reliable workflow and strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to use tools and equipment
  • Good vision and hand-eye coordination


Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced automotive repair shop environment
  • Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and various weather conditions
  • May need to work weekends or evenings as needed
