A Day in the Life

• Become a trusted companion to our residents by providing compassionate personal care assistance-think of yourself as their go-to helper for daily activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Keep our residents comfortable and happy by helping them move around safely, whether that''s assisting with walking, transfers, or positioning
• Be the friendly face that makes a difference-chat with residents, listen to their stories, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day
• Support our nursing team by taking vital signs, reporting changes in resident conditions, and keeping detailed records (we''ll train you on all of this!)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident rooms and common areas-because a tidy space is a happy space
• Jump in as a team player by helping with meal service, laundry, and other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights-your quick response makes all the difference in their day
• Respect resident privacy and dignity in everything you do-it''s at the heart of what we do here

What's Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of our free Certified Nurse Aide course required within 4 months of hire date
