We’re looking for a dynamic Front Bar Lead & Marketing Specialist who creates an exceptional first and last impression for every guest while supporting daily operations, team performance, and local marketing efforts. This role is a key partner to the Manager and plays an important part in studio flow, sales performance, and team accountability. You’ll help lead the front bar team, support marketing initiatives, and ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.

What You’ll Do
Guest Experience & Studio Flow
- Deliver warm, professional, and consistent guest service from check-in to checkout
- Maintain an organized and efficient schedule using Boulevard POS
- Assist the Manager with scheduling needs, real-time adjustments, and assigning team breaks
- Support estheticians by ensuring seamless appointment flow and accurate booking
- Act as a point of contact for guest concerns and support resolution when needed
- Demonstrate and uphold high standards for customer service across the team
Sales Performance & Team Coaching
- Demonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products confidently
- Meet or exceed personal and studio retail sales goals
- Educate guests on services, memberships, and promotions
- Assist the Manager in holding the team accountable to service, product, and membership goals
- Identify opportunities to improve average ticket, rebooking, and overall team performance
- Coach and support front bar team members to deliver consistent service and sales results
- Assist in training new and existing Front Bar Receptionists on customer service, sales, and studio standards
Operations & Inventory
- Assist the Manager with inventory counts, product ordering, and receiving shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked studio environment at all times
- Support daily operational tasks including laundry, restocking, and back stock organization
- Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure all areas are guest-ready
- Teach and reinforce opening and closing procedures, cleanliness standards, and task completion
- Help create, update, and maintain task lists and daily expectations
- Follow all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board-compliant protocols
- Accurately follow company timekeeping procedures
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support execution of local and national marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales
- Assist in planning and executing in-store and off-site events to increase brand awareness and bookings
- Utilize social media, email, partnerships, and events to promote services and campaigns
- Create on-brand social media content and support content creation efforts
- Ensure all print and digital marketing materials are on brand and approved
- Submit marketing and creative requests as needed
- Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ professionally at community events and activations
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of guest service experience (required)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (required)
- Experience in marketing, social media, or community outreach preferred
- Sales experience preferred (retail or service industry)
- Comfortable with digital systems (Boulevard, Gsuite, training platforms)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Salon, spa, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- A passion for skincare and service excellence
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (stocking, inventory, light equipment setup)
- A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
