FACE FOUNDRIÉ – Sarasota Front Bar and Marketing Coordinator (Sarasota-- UTC & The Landings)

Are you passionate about skincare, marketing, and creating amazing client experiences? FACE FOUNDRIÉ Sarasota is looking for a Full Time Front Bar & Marketing Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our studio while helping us grow our presence in the community.

Responsibilities

Front Bar/Client Experience:

  • Greet clients and create a warm, elevated experience from check in to checkout.
  • Schedule appoitnments, answer phone calls, and manage all client communications.
  • Educate clients on memberships, products and services.
  • Process transactions accurately and maintain client accounts.
  • Perform opening and closing duties and keep the front bar organized and inviting.
  • Support estheticians and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Marketing & Community Engagement:

  • Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ at local events, pop-ups, and community activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners.
  • Coordinate local partnerships, pop-up events, and community outreach.
  • Distribute promotional materials and educate potential clients on our services and memberships.
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and special events.
  • Brainstorm ways to increase brand awareness and community involvement.
  • Track partnerships and event outcomes to measure success.

Qualifcations:

  • Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or marketing is preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and social media trends.
  • Available evenings and weekends required.
