Role Overview

Job Title: Front Bar Receptionist

Job Type: Part-Time W2 Employee

Reports To: Esthetics Coach & Performance Manager

Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Bridgewater, NJ

Compensation: $17 per hour + retail and membership commission

A Day in the Life:

Create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest

Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

Educate guests on FACE FOUNDRIÉ services, memberships, and retail products

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Accurately explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and services

Support daily operations including scheduling assistance, inventory awareness, and front

desk procedures

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the facial bar

Ensure company policies, timekeeping procedures, and operational processes are

followed accurately

Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings

Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to always ensure compliance

Have at least 1 year of sales experience

Are upbeat, reliable, and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Have spa or salon experience (preferred but not required)

Are a current esthetics student or interested in the beauty and skincare industry

Are available to work nights and weekends

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
