Front Counter Hospitality Team Member

At Chick-fil-A Huntington, the Front Counter Hospitality Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Make Emotional Connections with Guests in the Drive-Thru, Front Counter and Dining Room
• Provide genuine hospitality with our guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time both indoors and outdoors
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability).

This job is fast paced and we are looking for individuals who love working in a team atmopshere.
