Friendly City Tire Pros is hiring a dependable, motivated Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, communication, and sales skills who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a solid, team-focused shop.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate repairs/services
- Clearly communicate customer concerns to technicians for accurate diagnosis
- Maintain strong communication between customers and the service team
- Schedule appointments, write tickets, and manage invoices
- Ensure every customer leaves confident in their service experience
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills- Dependable and reliable (shows up on time, ready to work)
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction from management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience or automotive knowledge is a plus (not required)
