About the Role
Diamond Bakery is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our front counter team. You'll be the face of our bakery — welcoming customers, filling orders, and making sure every visit feels special.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the front retail counter
- Fill and package customer orders accurately
- Take and manage phone orders in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate with our bakers to stay informed on daily inventory and production needs
- Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for customer service
- Strong communication skills — in person and over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- 20–30 hours per week
- Morning and weekend availability required
Compensation
- $16–$18 per hour, based on experience
- Tips in addition to hourly pay
